When can I telephone the online customer services team?

What is the minimum quantity?

Four our first order, we can accept 5pcs/item.

How to order?

1. Order Online :
a. Register as a member of  www.theclothingonline.com. Please use your current
    Msn/Email address , so we can contact you and send the quotation to you
    as soon as possible .
b. Visit our website: www.theclothingonline.com ,and select the favorite products ,
    add this products to your cart , and then press "Confirm Order" to confirm it.

2. Send Your Order list to us via MSN/E-mail :
a. Visit our website :www.theclothingonline.com , select the favorite products .
b. Send the products information which you want to us, the information should be include :
    --- Code number
    --- Brand Name
    --- Size and Color
    --- Quantity
 
c. send your shipping information to us.
    --- Your full name , with first name and last name .
    --- Your full address , with Zip Code , City and Country .
    --- Your TEL.number .

After we receive your order , we will send you the order confirmation (invoice)include the shipping cost and our payment information within 6 hours .

Can you deliver to a different address than my payment address?

Yes.

How to calculate the shipping?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order , the destination and the express way.

Are your products authentic?

The products in our site are the stocks from the original factories basically, but we can not show you any paper work. Most of our clients who come from USA, Canada and Europe are satisfied with the quality of our products.

Does the price including shipping cost?

No, it is wholesale price which is not including the shipping cost. After we receive your order information,we will send you the order confirmation(invoice) include shipping cost within 6 hours.

Do you offer discount for large order?

Yes, Please contact us for specific price.

Can I appoint a shipping agent myself?

Yes, we will contact your shipping agent and inform them to pick up your goods.

What delivery methods will you use?

We will ship the goods by air, sea, or express (including TNT, EMS, UPS, DHL, etc.)Our shipping apartment collects shipping information and develops good delivery way for our customers, for safe and fast delivery, with our experience and investigation, we will commend the best way to you when we get your shipping information.

How long does it take for delivery?

Normally, the delivery will take 3-5 days by express. We will track the packages Everyday and keep you posted.

Do you accept sample order?

It's wholesale price on our website. for sample order, we will charge additional  US$5.00 for each item.

What about the compensation?

All business has the risk. If the goods be held in the customs.  we would share the risk with you .

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation(invoice) once your order has been successfully transmitted on our website or E-mail. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by the Express Website.

Note: tracking status may not be visible in the first day.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
